Is your maid service guaranteed?
Nova Cleaning offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all its clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home until you are 100% satisfied.

Are you insured and bonded?
We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should damage or breakage occur, we will have the item repaired or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate. Nova Cleaning is bonded and insured.

Do I need to be home when you clean?
You can be home if you like, but most customers prefer to give us a key that is secured in our office or you can leave the key in a safe place. However, this is not a very secure system and we do not encourage it. Alarm systems can be left off or you can give us entry and exit codes.

How do you protect my keys?
Your key is placed in a security box and the manager is the only person that has access. In addition, all keys are identified with only a number. On the day of your cleaning, your key is issued to the supervisor and at the end of the day is returned to the security box.

Who is going to clean my house?
Our Nova Cleaning specialists will be servicing your house cleaning needs. Our teams consist of one, two, and three team specialists for your convenience and preference. There is a family member within every team.

Will the same team members always clean my home?
Our goal is to have the same team of specialists clean you home every time. However, circumstances like sickness, weather, holidays and accidents might cause a different team to clean you home.

At what time will the team be at my house?
Our cleaning schedule is Monday through Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. While in most cases it is impossible to give a specific time to be at your home, we will make every effort to meet your needs. Saturday cleanings are available by appointment only.

Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
We use our own supplies and equipment. However, if you preferred we use your supplies and equipment, we would be please to accommodate your request.

What type of supplies do I need to have?
None. However, if you would like to provide your own supplies, we recommend that you have Windex, Pine-Sol, Soft Scrub, Tylex, Clorox Cleaner, Easy Off, Wood Floor Cleaner, Sponges, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Vacuum, Mop and Broom. Please leave cleaning supplies on the kitchen counter.

How long does it take to clean my house?
Our Nova Cleaning Team will average 1.5 to 3 hours to clean a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home. However, time will vary depending on the condition and size of your home.

What do I have to do before the cleaning?
In order to provide you with a high quality service, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up personal clothing, toys and other household items. We have no problem cleaning with pets in the house; however, for safety reasons you need to keep your pets in a safe place. Please cleaning supplies on the kitchen counter.

How do I leave special instructions for my cleaning team?

What happens if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your services.

What happens if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
Just give us a call 24 hours before your cleaning.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No, you do not need to sign a contract. However, we do encourage you to request weekly, bi-weekly, or every three weeks service to get lower prices. You can stop anytime, simply email at nova@nova-cleaning.com or via phone at 512-227-1177.

What happens if I requested regular scheduled visits and stop?
You need at least 3 continuous cleanings to qualify for discounted prices.

How would I pay for your services?
You can pay with Cash or Check. Payment is due the day of the cleaning once all work is completed.
